About the Role :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable HR Admin & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) with a variety of administrative and operational HR tasks, including Payrol activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Support the HRBP in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes

Assist with payroll input and coordination in collaboration with external payroll providers

Prepare and manage employment documents such as contracts, amendments, and confirmations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and processes

Support HR reporting and data analysis

Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and local labor law

Assist in onboarding / offboarding processes and administrative coordination

Requirements :

Previous experience in an HR support or HR admin role, ideally with exposure to payroll

Solid understanding of HR processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proactive mindset, hands-on, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory); other languages (e.g., German) are a plus
