Bachelor degree in Communications, Journalism or Marketing is preferable
Relevant previous experience in creating content for the media, in CSR and managing projects
Good understanding of the media outlets criteria for selecting and publishing / broadcasting content
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, in both Romanian and English
Ability to manage multiple and diversified stakeholders
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Proposes and drafts press releases on Deloitte thought leadership reports or studies, on Deloitte projects and on other relevant topics for the media
Edits opinion articles written by Deloitte experts for the media
Facilitates press releases’ and articles’ appearance in the most appropriate / targeted media vehicles
Ensures relationship with journalists working for relevant dailies, magazines, news websites, radio and TV stations as required by the External Communication Senior Manager
Drafts key messages, prepares key talking points and presentations and writes speeches for Deloitte spokerspersons – interviews, participation as speakers to events
Ensures implementation of partnerships with media outlets and business events organizers – contracts, branding materials, events briefings
Provides support in organizing Deloitte press events (defining list of journalists to be invited, confirmations, press release etc.)
Contributes with content for social media posts on the topics communicated in press releases, on participation to 3rd party events with speakers and on other media engagements
Reviews various marketing collaterals from a content perspective
Contributes to designing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns promoting Deloitte services and ensures their project management CSR
Implements Deloitte CSR Strategy by maintaining close relationship with Deloitte’s partners (NGOs) and ensures the day-to-day activity of the corporate social responsibility projects – contracts, project management, KPIs monitoring, budget
Proposes communication plans for Deloitte’s social responsibility projects and implements them – events, press releases, interviews, social media etc.
Creates awareness among internal stakeholders (Romanian employees, Deloitte member firms in other countries) for Deloitte’s social responsibility projects and ensures their involvement in the projects, where necessary
Participates and contributes to regional working groups dedicated to aligning CSR strategies and sharing best practices for scaling impact
Gathers the necessary information and drafts the annual report for Romania to be included in the Deloitte Global Impact Report
Identifies and proposes new projects and collaborations with NGOs
