Inviting applications for the role of Contract to Cash, Collections – Senior Process Associate – French – Hybrid Bucharest
We are looking for someone with previous experience and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
The purpose of the position is processing of all customers related invoices, credit notes and payments as well as accounts receivable communication with the purpose to accurately settle and timely collect all customer receivables; ensure appropriate reporting on the process performance :
- Booking of Incoming Payments : Bank Statement and Remittance advices.
- Handling unapplied cash : Unapplied / unidentified payment investigation & Cash collected at the month end.
- Ensure customer and ledger accounts reconciliations based on the process needs.
- Communication with client and related departments.
- Reading and learning the operating procedures, contributing to the improvement of it, calling out of all unsolved / unclear issues to the Team Leader.
- Receivables management (aging, overdue reports, SOAs, etc).
- Monthly closing activities.
- Country specific knowledge of taxation (VAT and CIT) & accounting rules applicable particularly for country-to-country transition.
- Successfully graduating the training plan dedicated to the position and the tasks.
- Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever vital and requested by the manager.
- Updating the working procedures periodically.
- Ensure back-up for the colleagues depending on the agreed holidays calendar.
- Identify and implement improving ideas together with LDT department.
- There may be an opportunity to take part in special projects, for those interested in personal / professional development opportunities.
- Accomplish all responsibilities in line with client compliance and integrity requirements.
- Create, update, revise, and submit standard operating procedures for approval.
- Follow the training plan set by management, complete it on time, and highlight potential risks for delays.
- Act as a backup or cross-trained for another process or scope of work.

Minimum qualifications
Advanced knowledge of French and English, min.
