Responsibilities :

  • Contributes and assists with the daily efficient operation of the People partner function;
  • Answers routine people / HR enquiries providing  support and first-level guidance to managers / employees in an dedicated area across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Works closely with a group of people partner to support them in their work with their client groups.
  • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for new hires
  • Prepare and conduct exit interviews, helping gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Assist with the organization and facilitation of engagement focus groups and related follow-up activities
  • Participates in specific work projects, process optimization efforts and initiatives that enhance the employee experience as determined by the line manager and perform other related duties as assigned;
  • Assists with simple employee relations matters and manage employee compliance.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and data analysis for decision-making and workforce insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Communication and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Employee Data Management & Reporting : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records in HR systems. Support the preparation of regular reports and contribute to data-driven decision-making through analysis and insights.
  • HR Intranet Management : Maintain and regularly update HR SharePoint pages to ensure relevant, accessible, and up-to-date information for employees and stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination : Plan and organize local employee engagement events and HR-related activities as needed, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company culture.

Qualifications

Educational background :

  • The ideal candidate must be educated to at least University level.
  • Previous experience :

  • Initial practical experience in HR (eg internships, student job, or other HR areas) is a plus
  • Prior knowledge and skills :

  • Capable of working in an international / multicultural environment, with proven experience of team working, self-motivated, understands the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills : Must be tactful, diplomatic and possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow across all areas of HR
  • Reliable, well-organized and proactive work style
  • Capable of demonstrating the following :
  • Analytical thinking : acquiring a proper understanding of a problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between these parts. Selecting the appropriate method / tool to resolve the problem and reflecting critically on the result, so that what is learnt is identified and assimilated.
  • Attention to details : applying specific quality standards to all tasks undertaken to ensure that deliverables are accurate and complete.
  • Teamwork : working collaboratively with others to achieve a common goal.
