• Provide support for Fit-to-Template analysis as needed
• Configure and enhance the S / 4HANA template to align with organizational structures
• Adapt the S / 4HANA template to meet legal and local requirements according to the rollout plan
• Conduct functional testing of template processes and newly implemented functionalities
• Identify and report deviations from the Global Template to the program board
• Document and communicate gaps or findings from rollout locations to the program board
• Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure process alignment
• Develop solution proposals for process deviations and identified gaps
• Update blueprint deliverables as required
• Maintain documentation of agreed-upon processes
• Perform testing on newly implemented functionalities
• Adjust workshop plans based on outcomes and findings
