This role presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic technical team dedicated to revolutionizing workforce management through automation and cutting-edge technology.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using .NET Core and modern frontend technologies
  • Design, implement, and optimize REST APIs to ensure efficient communication between services
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and apply design patterns to build robust solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance features
  • Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity, primarily using SQL Server
  • Maintain high coding standards through adherence to SOLID principles and best practices
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues to improve system reliability
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines and contribute to cloud-based deployments

You Should Have :

  • At least 5 + years of experience writing high-quality code
  • Expertise in ASP.NET or  .NET Core, C# , object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
  • Production-level proficiency in web development and REST API design
  • Experience in frontend development, with React.js being an advantage
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably SQL Server , including database design, queries, profiling, and optimization
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, coach others, and solve problems
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle processes and Agile methodologies

    • Big Advantage If You Also Have :

  • Prior experience building scalable enterprise products
  • Understanding of modern cloud architectures
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on experience in Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong algorithmic thinking and abstract solution design skills
