What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and documenting operational processes using ITILv3 and ITILv4 frameworks
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with process architecture
- Deploying and integrating new processes within operational squads
- Leading training sessions and workshops to onboard teams to new processes
- Monitoring implementation phases to resolve bottlenecks and challenges
- Reviewing existing processes and implementing continuous improvements
- Conducting regular audits to ensure quality, compliance, and process accuracy
- Maintaining up-to-date process documentation repositories
- Facilitating communication across squads and fostering cross-functional alignment
- Reporting performance metrics and improvement strategies to senior management
- Promoting a culture of process ownership and operational excellence
What You’ll Bring Along
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in process management within IT or operational environmentsITILv3 and / or ITILv4 certification (required)Proven experience in process design and management, ideally in an IT or operations environmentIn-depth understanding of ITIL frameworks and their practical applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to train, coach, and influence team membersProficiency in process mapping / documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical working styleExperience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentPassion for continuous improvement and a proactive, ownership-driven mindsetNatural leadership skills in team-oriented settingsExcellent command of both spoken and written EnglishDocument
