Customer Experience Specialist / Paid Intern (hybrid schedule)

As a Customer Experience Specialist (Intern / hybrid)  at Honeywell, in Bucharest , you will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfilment of all requests regarding the order processing, purchasingactivities within the GCC department and adherenceto standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellentcustomer experience. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work fromhome model.

To be successful, you must be fresh out of college or within a year of graduating.

Key responsibilities :

  • Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts / projects in the Honeywell systems
  • Responsible for updating customer accounts : submittingrequests in SAP for customer creation / extension / amendment
  • Follow-up on approvals for customer creation / extension / amendment
  • Tracking orders placed at the supplier and their delivery in time to the warehouse or to the final customer for direct deliveries, providing a quality service to customers, and collaborating with purchasing team while doing so
  • Responsible for keeping customer informed about delivery dates and delays and ensuring order confirmation is sent

Key skills and qualifications :

  • Fluent in English (another European language like French or German is a plus)
  • Completed studies or at most one year after completion (administration, economics, business management)
  • Understands and is familiar with Honeywell values
  • Customer-oriented and action-oriented, team member with positive attitudes
  • Proven organizational and self-motivation skills
