What you'll be doing

• Ensuring IT infrastructure and systems remain operational by identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents
• Leading operations engineers and managing service improvement initiatives
• Administering Unix servers and third-party applications
• Managing day-to-day infrastructure operations
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on infrastructure availability
• Handling documentation and change management
• Providing on-call support
• Leading technical projects and mentoring team members
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
• Driving service improvement initiatives and DR / BCP testing
• Prioritizing, escalating, and coordinating activities within the organization
• Optimizing service delivery processes and tools
