Tasks
- Provide customer support and guidance during order processing by phone or email, and communicate acceptance policies.
- Resolve issues promptly, take action to prevent recurring problems, and monitor orders requiring customer approval for billing.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders to maximize account receipts at the end of the financial quarter.
- Lead operational discussions in meetings with partners and customers, and encourage the use of provided systems.
- Keep customers and sales representatives informed about ongoing orders, especially those at risk of delivery delays.
- Collaborate with partners to address customer-related issues that impact orders.
- Work closely with Deal and Account Operations Managers to manage complex orders and improve operational experience.
- Keep the account operations manager informed of any operational issues.
