Objective :
Your primary responsibility is to maintain seamless service operations, ensure application quality, and uphold the performance of assigned applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incident resolution, perform problem analysis, and implement minor changes by adhering to development processes, including coding and unit testing, while aligning with application assets.
- Deliver effective support to users by providing high-quality assistance.
- Respond to various service requests such as reporting and performing recurring tasks.
- Achieve application-specific targets, including availability and timely resolution of incidents.
- Facilitate accurate data exchange between applications.
- Keep documentation up to date following every modification.
- Identify opportunities for simplifying applications, optimizing processes, and automating tasks, then act on these improvements.
- Adhere to and promote compliance with established norms, standards, and security protocols.
Candidate Profile :
Education : Graduate from a technical faculty or related field.Experience :At least 4 years of experience in COBOL programming.
Hands-on experience with Mainframe systems, JCL, and DB2.Background in application support.Skills :Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
