We are seeking a Conversion Manager, for our client based in Cluj-Napoca, a digital solution provider.

Working setup : remote 70%, hybrid 30%

Duration : 4-6 months, project based
Tasks
- Conduct in-depth analyses of conversion performance to provide actionable recommendations that support A / B and multivariate testing, the development of new landing pages, and the creation of innovative digital user experiences.
- Optimize customer interactions in alignment with the team’s methodology, employing heuristic evaluation, UI / UX analysis, messaging strategy, data interpretation, and funnel optimization techniques.
- Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) within defined segments of the conversion funnel and customer lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor, interpret, and leverage customer behavior data and conversion metrics to inform strategic decisions and enhance performance across digital touchpoints.
- Lead the development, execution, and performance tracking of the organization’s conversion optimization roadmap.
- Strive for high levels of agility and operational velocity in optimization initiatives, with a focus on driving both marketing efficiency and commercial success.
- Collaborate closely with various marketing departments—including Retention, Affiliates, SEO, Traditional and Digital Media, Social Media, and Referrals—to align strategies and ensure a cohesive user experience.
Requirements
5+ years of CRO and / or digital marketing experience in a performance centric / leaning roleA successful track record of ideating, implementing and scaling CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) or digital growth programsA strong customer centric approach to optimization leveraging your added experience in UX, UI and digital design for conversion best practicesExperience on industry leading optimization tools like / similar to : Optimizely, Google Optimize, Omniconvert, UnbounceAbility to work closely with data, independently, interpret and present that data in engaging and meaningful waysAbility to manage and prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously within a complex organizationBenefits
