Join our team as an MRO Specialist (Regional Indirect Material Planner) !
Are you ready to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless logistics and planning for MRO items across the EMEAI region? As our MRO Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring materials are scheduled, evaluated, and delivered on time, every time. You'll tackle escalations, achieve metrics, and drive process improvements to meet inventory targets.
What You’ll Do : MRO Supply Planning
- Lead the planning activities for MRO materials across Garrett sites in Romania, Slovakia, France, UK, and India.
- Collaborate closely with purchasing, warehouse, plant operations, and global supply chain teams.
- Address any issues that could impact plant operations or product delivery.
- Manage stock, control inventory, and support equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Work with operations to select the best items, suppliers, and prices.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Analyze inventory usage, determine ordering requirements, and maintain MRO master data.
- Identify and resolve excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory issues.
- Support production transfers and the introduction of new reference points.
- Operate in SAP and other tools according to procedures.

Experience : Minimum 3 years in Warehouse, MRO Supply Chain or operations activities. Experience and understanding of the importance in maintaining an accurate parts inventory level and accuracy in a Maintenance Management Program.Education : Bachelor’s degreeKnowledge : Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing Principles;Language Skills : Advanced English proficiency.ERP Systems : SAP, MHS modules, LMS, O9, processes (Demand planning, SIOP, MPS, BOM, MRP) and Microsoft Office applicationsBENEFITS
