Job description

Responsibilities

Implement planning, review, control, startup execution and closeout processes and engage in process improvement activities.
Helps the Project Manager by using the Project schedule for the proactive identification of risks and opportunities, Lessons Learnt and documentation.
Conduct analysis to determine alternative courses of action or recovery on slipped schedules.
Develop and manage Estimates at Completion and prepare Earned Value Implementation projects.
Guarantee data consistency throughout the project life cycle.
Track project configuration and associated documentation.
Promote briefing with senior management. Handle status reports and project management reviews
Proficient with Microsoft project and other similar planning tools (Primavera),.
Prepare recovery schedules and establish the same as revised baseline schedule in case of major variance.
Conduct schedule briefing meeting at site with the entire team to ensure that they are completely aware of the proposed schedule and the targets
Conduct monthly audit on the planning & documentation to ensure that all the established project control procedures are properly followed and issue the compliance statement to the project head

Qualifications :

Proven experience in performance of PMO Scheduling accountabilities.

Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies, Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, Manage risk and issue. Lead review with PMO partner.

Ability to shoulder responsibility, achieve team goals and devising strategies to overcome roadblocks in process to meet PMO Vision and strategy

Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Tools

Possess extensive knowledge of planning and project execution methodology
