In this project we are partnering with a platform-centric company that that empowers organizations to make timely, customer-centric business decisions with confidence.

Our aim is to modernize user-facing workflows. We are working with the Participant Experience (PX) Core team on a project that blends legacy maintenance with forward-looking platform rearchitecture.

IF YOU ARE

  • A Fullstack Software Engineer with at least 6-8 years of experience in production-grade systems
  • Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React,
  • Experienced with Legacy Systems like jQuery, Backbone, and .NET Framework (C#)
  • Knowledgeable of SQL Server, MongoDB, GraphQL, and Apollo Client
  • Familiar with feature flagging tools (, LaunchDarkly)
  • Comfortable navigating both monoliths and microservices
  • Experienced in migrating legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms
  • Confident in thriving in full-lifecycle engineering work, from design to deployment
  • Showing a proven track record of valuing progress over perfection, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
  • Skilled at balancing scope, speed, and maintainability
  • An effective communicator with strong collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English and comfortable participating in code reviews, demos, and delivery checkpoints

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Maintain and improve legacy codebases that are still critical to business workflows
  • Help migrate legacy functionality into a modern stack using React and
  • Keep essential services operational while incrementally modernizing the PX Core stack
  • Build microservices that align with evolving platform architecture
  • Work across stacks, help sustain critical functionality while contribute to the migration toward a modular, microservices-based system
  • Cooperate directly with PMs, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into efficient implementations
  • Ensure code quality with testing, documentation, and review practices
  • Reduce system complexity and improve performance iteratively
  • Document architectural decisions and approaches clearly for long-term maintainability
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and team discussions, always focused on practical outcomes
