About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Process Innovation Analyst to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our organization. This role will be responsible for mapping and documenting existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize and transform our workflows. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of process improvement methodologies, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for exploring and implementing cutting-edge AI technologies

Responsibilities

Process Mapping and Documentation :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current state processes.

Develop detailed process maps (e.g., using BPMN), flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Maintain a central repository of process documentation, ensuring it is up-to- date and easily accessible.

Process Analysis and Improvement :

Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.

Apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to recommend and implement changes.

Measure and track the impact of process improvements.

AI Application for Process Optimization :

Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, robotic process automation) to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms relevant to our business needs.

Collaborate with IT and other teams to implement AI-powered solutions.

Monitor the performance and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication :

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and challenges.

Communicate process analysis findings and improvement recommendations clearly and effectively.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information and drive consensus.

Continuous Learning :

Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in process improvement methodologies and AI technologies.

Proactively seek opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in relevant areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process mapping, process analysis, and process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools or platforms (e.g., RPA software with AI capabilities, machine learning platforms) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to create and interpret dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Lean and / or Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certification in Lean or Six Sigma (e.g., Yellow Belt, Green Belt).

Experience with AI technologies relevant to the industry.
