Job descriptionUniversity degree / diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc) English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written) 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage Continuous improvement mindset Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market

Key responsibilities :
- Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing
- Contribute to conversion to better performing offers
- Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships
- Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency
