This position belongs to our Enterprise Business Group, part of Huawei Romania Office, located in Bucharest, Globalworth Building, Aurel Vlaicu area.

Job Title :  Fresh Graduate Channel Sales Assistant

Job Location : Bucharest, Romania

Main Responsibilities :

• Understand and implement the channel strategies and regional business strategies of the Enterprise BG / Romania Enterprise BG, gain insight into business opportunities and participate in developing and executing channel strategies of the Romania Enterprise BG.
• Contribute to the channel development in Romania, such as distribution, OC and ISV and strive to achieve channel performance targets.
• Develop, cultivate, motivate, support, brand and order management for Romanian channel partners and implement specific actions.
• Transfer and implement channel policies in Romania in a timely manner by working closely with the account manager team and other relevant departments of the company, properly handle channel conflicts, maintain continuous growth of performance and achieve channel sales and cash collection targets.
• Integrate internal and external resources to help channel partners effectively achieve Huawei's goals and achieve win-win results.
