As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will be able to help source and attract top talent to TMF Group, focusing primarily on hiring in Romania, with support for other countries. In this role, you will contribute to building our employer brand in the market and play a key role in sourcing the best candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source candidates through networking, direct headhunting, and other creative channels.
• Support the full recruitment cycle : sourcing, CV screening, interviews, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent, staying updated on market trends and analysis.
• Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
