Support Engineer (vulnerability remediation)

We can't do it without people whose heart beats completely for IT. And that is why we are looking for you as a Support Engineer (m / f / d) with focus on vulnerability remediation specialist for our location in Brasov / home office.

What tasks await you :

• Supporting customers with technical vulnerability remediation
• Solving software and operating system problems
• Processing and documenting incidents in the ticket system and other platforms
• Ensuring that IT systems function smoothly
• Analyzing and resolving application-related and non-application-related vulnerabilities
• Working closely with vulnerability analysts and other specialist departments
• Specialist collaboration in projects
