Job descriptionMS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) savvy. Advanced English skills. Administration skills (planning & organizing, meeting minutes, follow ups, etc.). What will you do :
- Order Management and maintenance throughout the complete order lifecycle.
- Issue invoices, credits and send them to customers.
- License Management on our online platform.
- Hand in hand due diligence work with Sales Ops HQ teams,
- Reporting throughout the Order to Cash cycle.
- Participate in process improvements and ERP developments.
- Continuously expanding your contact and influence circle to meet daily business requirements.
- Maintain (open / change / update) customer profile in the ERP system.
