Job descriptionExperienta minim 1 an in domeniul calitatii; Experienta in relatia cu clientii reprezinta un avantaj; Cunostinte bune de desen tehnic, mecanica, electronica, tolerante, calcul de tolerante si automatizari; Cunostinte ISO TS 16949; Cunostinte / experienta cu : FMEA, Control Plan, Ishikawa, QRQC, Analiza Pareto, Raport 8D, SPC / MSA; Cunostinte / experienta in audituri de calitate. Cunostinte lb. engleza scris, vorbit Cunostinte lb. germana reprezinta un avantaj Capacitatea de a lucra proactiv; Bune capacitati de comunicare (oral si scris); Buna capacitate de relationare si lucru in echipa; Orientare spre client; Spirit analitic, gandire logica; Bune abilitati de analiza; Abilitatea de a lucra sub presiune; Abilitatea de a urmari si respecta termene; Capacitatea de a munci intr-un sistem bine organizat si structurat; Capacitatea de interventie rapida si spontana in rezolvarea de probleme.
Inginercalitate – Reclamatii clienti
Responsabilitati :
- Receptionarea reclamatiilor de la client ;
- Inregistrarea reclamatiilor dupa procedura stabilita;
- Coordonarea activitatilor de control a produsului suspect;
- Participarea la analiza si verificarea implementarii masurilor date catre client;
- Transmiterea raportului si informarea clientului cu privire la evolutia procesului de remediere;
- Incheierea procesului si remedierea reclamatiilor;
- Intocmirea instructiunilor de lucru pentru echipa de sortare a bunurilor suspecte;
- Monitorizarea rezultatelor actiunilor de sortare, comunicare interna a acestor rezultate;
- Consultare lunara portale clienti, comunicare interna a nivelului de performanta al sistemului de calitate (, ppm, numar reclamatii, numar piese reclamate, livrari la timp etc.);
- Planificarea, efectuarea si documentarea auditurilor interne specifice;
- Comunicarea rezultatelor auditurilor catre persoanele implicate.
