Overview :
We're looking for an experienced Senior Workstation Support Engineer to manage user onboarding / offboarding and provide support across JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces. A strong troubleshooting mindset and passion for automation are key.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle user onboarding / offboarding in JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workstation application issues
- Manage tickets through JIRA ServiceDesk
- Support and maintain Google Workspaces environment
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth SaaS operations
- Document support cases and train users
Requirements :
5+ years' experience in Workstation support or similar rolesExperience in developing and implementing automation solutions.Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Google WorkspaceExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsExperience with automation tools or ScriptingIf this sounds like you please get in touch now OR if not can you refer anyone
