What You'll Do : Simplify :

Transform complex user needs into clear, actionable, and elegant design solutions. Your work will shape the way brands create, optimize, and personalize their customer experiences.

Collaborate :

Bring ideas to life by partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Lead workshops, share compelling stories through sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.

Learn :

Stay close to the user. Conduct research, synthesize findings, validate ideas, and continuously improve your designs based on feedback and insights.

Lead & Inspire :

Drive multiple projects forward with confidence, while guiding teammates and forging strong relationships across the company.

What You Bring :

• Experience across a full range of design approaches — from research and persona creation to prototyping and usability testing.
• A solid portfolio showcasing top-tier design work that delivers both user value and business impact.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for clean, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Mastery in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, or Sketch.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities — you're able to clearly articulate design decisions and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects without compromising on quality or timelines.

Qualifications :

A related design degree or 4+ years of hands-on experience in product design for consumer or enterprise platforms.

Fluency in English is required (written and spoken).
