Job Description
The Product Owner & Business Support Analyst is responsible for defining, managing, and delivering internal product requirements to support the company’s day-to-day operations. The key accountability is to provide a clear and prioritized product backlog while ensuring transparency and visibility to all relevant stakeholders. You will work primarily with internal business process owners and users to guide internal applications through their lifecycle — from discovery and development to adoption and support — ensuring tools meet operational needs and are successfully integrated into the company’s tooling landscape.

Responsibilities :
Requirements Discovery & Validation → Facilitate Discovery Workshops and apply various requirements-gathering techniques to understand, align, and validate both functional and non-functional needs from stakeholders.
Backlog Management & Prioritization → Define, detail, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency and alignment between business requirements and the development team.
Feature Planning & Road mapping → Plan feature development by creating and maintaining a product roadmap that reflects business goals, operational needs, and delivery timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Adoption Enablement →
Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to drive product adoption through UAT sessions, feedback loops, documentation, tutorials, and dedicated training sessions.
Process Optimization & Application Alignment → Apply and optimize product management processes and the use of standardized tools, in partnership with the other departments, ensuring alignment with internal operations.
Quality Assurance & Support Facilitation → Create test cases, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing, ensure proper integration of new features in the company’s application landscape, and provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing questions and ensuring the maintenance of the application
