Main responsibilities :

  • Search and attraction of new customers
  • Conducting a presentation of services to the client, scheduling meetings with clients and recording them in the IS
  • Implementation of the plan for the number of attracted customers
  • Accounting and reporting on the status of negotiations in CRM
  • Conclusion of contracts with new clients
  • Development of measures to increase sales (together with marketing)
  • Customer support on all emerging issues in real time
  • Fulfillment of established personal sales plans
  • Conducting personal meetings and negotiations with clients
  • Formation of standard and individual commercial offers
  • Customer support on all emerging issues in real time

Professional / Special Knowledge and Skills :

  • Knowledge of company products and processes
  • Psychology and principles of sales
  • Ethics of business communication
  • Rules for establishing business contacts and conducting telephone conversations
  • Key Performance Indicators :

  • Number of concluded contracts (group indicator - 40 contracts), people.
  • Fulfillment of the plan for shipments of customers (group target - 3000 pcs of EH)
