Job Overview :

Our client, a fast-growing consumer apparel e-commerce brand, is looking for an AI & Automation Strategist to unlock efficiency and innovation through automation. In this role, you’ll serve as both a builder and strategist—spending time inside the business to observe workflows, identify “low-hanging fruit” automation opportunities, and deliver scalable AI / ML solutions. You’ll work closely with leadership, presenting recommendations and building systems that can transform the way the company operates.

Responsibilities :

• Observe current workflows across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience to identify opportunities for AI / ML-driven automation.
• Present recommendations and business cases to the President / CEO for approval.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable AI / ML systems to improve efficiency and growth.
• Develop and document processes into repeatable frameworks that can scale across the company.
• Stay on top of emerging AI tools and bring best-in-class strategies into the business.
