Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer / Moderator – Process Associate – Russian – On Site Bucharest!

In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world!

Responsibilities

• Review & analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
• Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or other format daily
• Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
• Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
• Give feedback for policies / tools / processes improvements
• Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
• Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
• Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met
• Uphold positive working environment in all internal / external interactions
• Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project

Important : This job may require working a 24 / 7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious / sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
