Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced  Technical Project Manager  to lead the technical aspects of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, and storage, from development to operation.

Role Overview :

As a  Technical Project Manager (TPM)  at OX2, you will lead engineering team in projects, manage the technical design, and ensure the successful execution of energy projects. This includes overseeing grid design, civil works, energy yield and technology integration while ensuring quality, compliance, and risk management. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize designs and deliver projects on time and within budget. The role is based at our Bucharest office.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams in the development of energy systems (wind, solar, storage).
• Manage the technical design and value optimization of projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and market requirements.
• Oversee commercial packaging including technical feasibility, energy yield and CAPEX / OPEX planning. Identify specific considerations for procurement and construction.
• Conduct risk management and quality assurance over the technical concept until construction phase and continue support during construction.
• Lead technical discussions and negotiations with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals, working closely with project stakeholders.
