  • Grow with your team, while growing yourself guided by your manager that’s also your coach
  • Network and collaborate with our retail partners to develop the mutual business through real life insights
  • Improve P&G brands performance through field visits up to 90% of the time (no fixed office space)
  • Ensure excellence in execution, while maintaining a strong collaboration between local & HQ team
  • Enable business performance by developing and implementing both HQ and local strategies to increase sales and market share
  • Work with data, analytics and shopper insights to sustainably grow the categories
  • Lead projects and effectively communicate with both internal and external multiple partners
  • All of this while having fun alongside like-minded people, who will form a unique support system from the very start, to help you hit the ground running.

  • Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Right attitude : evidence of passion to win, leadership and achievements in academic and / or non-academic activities
  • Problem solving via innovation & creativity, strong organizing and analytical thinking, complexity doesn’t scare you as long as you have coffee / tea at hand
  • People skills : ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural, multi-functional, matrix environment
  • Very good speaking and written command of English & Romanian language
