As an Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing automation solutions to improve engineering processes' efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. Your role will be crucial in reducing manual, time-consuming tasks, enhancing productivity, and minimizing errors in engineering workflows.

Integrating automation solutions with the Common Data Backbone will help streamline configuration, data management, and process flows, allowing for optimized resource utilization and seamless collaboration across teams.

Requirements :

Develop automation solutions – Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks to optimize engineering processes and minimize manual interventions.

Reduce manual effort & errors – Automate repetitive and error-prone tasks to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

Optimize process flows – Enhance engineering workflows, reduce processing times, and improve the quality of engineering deliverables.

Integrate with common Data Backbone – Ensure seamless integration of automation solutions with the Common Data Backbone for data consistency and accessibility.

Create automation scripts and  tools— Develop scripts and tools for automating the configuration of hardware, software, and engineering assets.

Maintain & improve features – Continuously refine and enhance automation capabilities to align with evolving engineering requirements.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with automation techniques, frameworks, and process optimization.

Strong knowledge of Python, Bash, and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, and Docker.

Ability to analyze, optimize, and automate engineering workflows for increased efficiency.

Experience installing, configuring, and working with GitHub, Docker, and Ansible is preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Fluent in English (German is a plus).
