We are seeking an experienced QA Analyst with French proficiency to ensure the quality, reliability and performance of our critical banking applications. This position offers opportunities in both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities :
Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with development teams using tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
Work with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define effective test strategies.
Automate test cases using industry-standard frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca.
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Actively participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure applications comply with security, performance, and regulatory standards in the banking industry.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Profile
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software testing, with proven
expertise in both manual and automated testing.
Solid knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Hands-on experience with defect-tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Experience with automation frameworks (Tosca, Selenium, Playwright).
Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is an advantage.
Proficiency in English and French (minimum B1 level).
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent
professional experience).
ISTQB certification is a plus.
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
