(Senior) Consultant – Digitalization (f / m / x)

Together with your project team, you’ll take on responsibility for our clients’ challenges from day one at our Bucharest location. You’ll work in a structured way and, after some time in management / strategy consulting, always have a solution-oriented approach ready.

Your Responsibilities as a (Senior) Consultant

Problem Solving : Creatively and independently solve problems (through your own research and, if needed, by consulting your network of contacts and colleagues)

Data Analytics : Conduct data collection (from gathering, analyzing, structuring, visualizing to communicating and selecting appropriate tools)

Presentation & Facilitation : Present to and facilitate groups (by preparing clear materials, using methods tailored to the audience and platform, and demonstrating authentic presence and body language)

Project Management : Apply project management methods (understand and structure content and relationships within a project context)

What Makes a Good Fit

Education : Completed university degree, as we believe it supports critical thinking skills

Experience : You can look back at a minimum of 1-2 years (Consultant) / 3-4 years (Senior Consultant) of experience in management consulting, market research, digital transformation projects or business consulting, preferably in the automotive, energy or public sector .

Language Skills : Excellent English skills (at least C1 level)

Willingness to Travel : 1–2 days / month within the DACH region
