In this role, you’ll drive requirement discovery, stakeholder alignment, and backlog ownership to support impactful solutions.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll own the backlog, shape priorities, and turn stakeholder needs into clear, actionable outcomes. You’ll collaborate across teams to refine digital solutions, drive strategic alignment, and ensure every sprint delivers real value.

• Location : Bucharest
• Work model : Hybrid — only 1 day / week onsite, the rest remote
