Commercial Controller - Automotive (aftermarket division) | Remote

Job Description Location : Remote (Romania) Scope of the role :

The Commercial Controller will replace a current proven expert in the company who is going to retire Q1 next year.

This person will ensure robust financial planning, analysis, and governance across the after-market division, supporting margin protection and commercial strategy execution.

Our ideal candidate will be an expert in automotive / industrial manufacturing, self-assured and able to cooperate with the sales teams, by supporting and challenging the related decision makers in their effort of continuous improvement commercial strategies.

The few most important must haves are :

• Financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
• Fluent English and experience working cross-functionally in international settings
• Proven experience in : Manufacturing / Industrial finance Controlling / accounting Data analysis and forecasting techniques
• Strong command of margin analysis, pricing simulations, and financial planning tools
• Strategic mindset with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; comfort with financial systems (e.g., ERP tools)
