Customer Care Agent with Italian & French – Roadside Assistance (RSA)

Join Allianz Partners’ Road Mobility team and be the lifeline for customers facing roadside emergencies like breakdowns, accidents, or other issues preventing their journey.

What You’ll Do :

• Front Office : Handle inbound calls, gather details, and organize immediate roadside help.
• Back Office : Coordinate emergency transport, communicate with partners, and manage follow-ups.
• Follow-Up & Social Calls : Arrange extra services like car rentals or vehicle repatriation and check on customers to ensure ongoing support.
