Job description

What to expect :

  • Analysis of Warranty and goodwill data for current series in the field
  • Extraction of the relevant data from the customer system
  • Summary of the results and preparation of a quality report at AMG level according to customer specifications
  • Evaluation of the field topics in ZEUS, summary and clustering of the results according to customer specifications in a report, which is made available to the client on a weekly basis.
  • Tracking of missed deadlines and requesting those responsible to maintain the documentation accordingly.
  • Detailed analyses / special evaluations according to the "tickets" submitted and completed
  • Carrying out detailed analyses in existing Q-sensors (AQUA, TIPS, CAC) for specific complaints
  • TIPS case Research and assignment of customer complaints to an error focus (cluster).

What you bring along :

  • German language B2 / C1-mandatory
  • Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field
  • Quality Management focused person.
  • Attention to details
  • Good communication skills
  • English (nice to have).
