THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure that project goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Transferring customer requirements into new and existing IT processes and solution concepts and providing technical support with specialist departments and partners
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
- Identify project risks and issues, and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Track project performance and progress using appropriate tools and KPIs.
- Facilitate meetings, ensure clear communication among stakeholders, and prepare regular status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Support change management and user adoption efforts for new systems or processes.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders, including regular status reports and executive updates.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Drive process improvement and project management best practices across the organization.
- Contribute to the development of PMO standards and practices.
SKILLS
You should haveBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, or systems integration.3–7 years of project management experience in an IT environment.
PM certification as PMI PMP (or other PM method) an advantageFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.Experience with project management tools like Jira,.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
