About the role

Huawei Digital Power is a leading global provider of digital power products and solutions. We develop clean power and enable energy digitalization to drive the global energy revolution. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking to expand our technical engineering team to meet the increasing number of customer inquiries and provide customer-centric service quality swiftly.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enhance their technical knowledge across a full range of renewable energy products and delivers application scenarios with the goal of developing into a field technical expert.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Respond to technical inquiries and support for company products, such as inverters, smart loggers, batteries, EV chargers, smart transformer stations, etc., through emails, phone, video conferencing, and training events.
  • Provide technical solutions related to photovoltaic system functionality (residential and industrial)
  • Participate in internal training by visiting Huawei Technical Labs to learn about the latest developments in Huawei products, such as inverters, chargers, smart loggers, etc.,
  • Collaborate with internal team (e.g. Customer Care, Product Service, Data Center) to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct site visits to observe, analyze, and assist with technical issues, and provide on-site training to customer team.
  • Collect, analyze and report on technical issues, escalating them as necessary to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • Educational background in electrical, electronic, or a related engineering field.
  • Solid engineering experience to demonstrate competency in the role.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy products and electrical engineering.
  • Ability to identify issues at the first level and escalate appropriately when need
  • Willingness to continuously learn through internal workshops, lab visits, and certification training.
  • Fluent in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with international teams across Europe
  • Working Hours :

    Normal working hours : 10 : 00 to 18 : 30.

    Other shift hours can be negotiated depending on individual circumstances.
