You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, drive customer success, and ensure business value realization. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in Account Management, IT Operations, or Project Management, with expertise in cloud technologies and methodologies like ITIL, Agile, and PMP.
