• End to End business knowledge of UK legislation and Customer Payrolls
• Ability to manually calculate UK Statutory deductions, for example TAX / NI / Court Orders / Student Loans and Pensions or PAE
• Ideally be able to interpret legislation into development requirements
• SAP Payroll software experience
• SAP SuccessFactors PAY skills
