David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Stylist Team Leader for their Gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania.

Position :   Stylist Team Leader

Location : Bucharest, Romania

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Supervise, guide, and support team members in their daily responsibilities.
  • Oversee attendance, scheduling, and leave planning to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage performance issues and disciplinary matters in alignment with company policies.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and continuous professional development initiatives.
  • Foster a positive, motivated, and high-performing team culture.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and efficient usage.
  • Track and analyze inventory patterns to minimize waste and optimize supply chain processes.
  • Ensure compliance with stock-handling policies and procedures.
  • Enforce adherence to company standards, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date operational and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate and support internal workshops, events, and initiatives.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to enhancing customer experience and service delivery.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, stock movement, and purchases.
  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Proven experience in team leadership and staff management.
  • Strong background in inventory control and resource management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Relevant technical or professional certification (depending on industry / role).
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to enforce policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Working schedule : Monday- Friday
