The accountant will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data in a variety of areas. It is essential that candidates bring strong analytical and organizational skills in order to best support the rest of the Finance team.
Accountant duties will include :
- Summarizing and preparing financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
- Reconciliation of the balance sheet and bank accounts in month-end process
- Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures
- Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department
- Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties
Requirements
A well-qualified Accountant candidate will bring :
3+ years' experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for auditExperience creating budgetsInvolvement in business registration, tax compliance & creating, distributing and reporting tax datasheetsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and other applications related to finance and accounting, especialy US GAAPIntermediate to advanced Excel proficiency (required)Outstanding communication ability and established skills in accuracy, organization, & working in a high-volume environmentDemonstrated ability to support all other departments within the companyBachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
