YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Execute the development systems by understanding related requirements, defining the individual technological solutions and architectures, (coordination) of the integration, (coordinating) calibration, verification, and validating results. Systems are : non- automotive or automotive cyber-physical products energy generation, electrolyzer, commercial vehicles, passenger cars, ) or their main sub- systems E / E system, propulsion system, ) or components fuel cell, combustion engine, HV battery,etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work within AVL reference project organization for product development in the appropriate role.
- Coordinate collaboration between customers, different engineering domains, skill areas, and suppliers.
- Serve as the technical lead within a system development project, responsible for a specific development domain or the overall system.
- Document and present development solutions and test results to stakeholders (incl. related release documentation).
- Contribute to project planning and participate in project meetings.
- Coordinate and execute performance analysis to optimize the related vehicle system.
- Support project time-planning and generation of deliverables.
- Maintain documentation of specific parts of the system description within the development toolchain, including related system requirements, solutions, and test cases.
- Understand and manage the integration and validation plans for the system.
- Define test cases and test sequences according to the verification plan.
- Monitor test execution results and report deviations from the plan.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for milestone and quality gate meetings.
- Understand the fundamental principles of the generic and product specific system development processes and methods, respectively also the related project organization and the project process
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends for product development and related development methods
- Execute troubleshooting for specific issues.
- Understanding of in-vehicle communication networks
- Experience with requirements engineering tools
YOUR PROFILE :
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or other related field.
In depth knowledge of at least one vehicle key element & key vehicle functionBasic knowledge on several vehicle elementsKnowledge of modern development processes and methodsKnowledge of at least one systems engineering tool, respectively the systems engineering toolchainManagement of the lifecycle of systems engineering items & work-products within the systems engineering tool chain.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).WE OFFER :
