What You Can Expect
You'll be responsible for achieving ambitious sales goals through the creation and execution of a strategic sales plan in your assigned territory. This role is all about driving growth by building strong relationships and engaging with current and prospective customers about Zimmer products-both in person and through effective communication. You may also mentor and guide less experienced team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the team's success.
How You'll Create Impact
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key surgeons in your area, while confidently covering orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen.
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan, track customer activity, manage prospective initiatives, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Report on progress, competitor activity, and customer insights to your sales leader, while ensuring flawless product delivery through the surgery management system.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute local educational and sales events-leveraging internal resources to boost business and achieve goals.
- Support referral networks and collaborate with key surgeons to educate their referrals on Zimmer products.
- Adhere strictly to all laws, Zimmer policies, and SOPs regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, product handling, complaints, expense reporting, and training.

Bachelor's degree (preferably medical or technical) plus at least 2 years of proven experience in orthopedic sales, or at least 4 years of proven sales experience in the medical device industry.Proficiency in English and Romanian is required.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office.Valid Category B driving license.Knowledge in orthopedics is an advantage.Ability to work under pressure.Experience participating in public auctions in collaboration with the Tender department (pricing, technical requirements, documentation).Travel Expectations
Up to 80%.
