We’re looking for a Project Technical Manager to lead multiple telecom deployment projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality. The role requires strong technical knowledge (microwave, IP / MPLS, LTE / 5G), solid financial understanding, and excellent coordination skills to manage internal teams and external partners.
What you’ll do :
- End-to-end Project Management, from support for offer preparation, through planning and execution, to acceptance and invoicing, being Ceragon’s point of contact for the Customer
- Tracking of projects’ progress against plan, ensure that all milestones (delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance and payment) are achieved
- Managing projects using Ceragon Project Management tools for planning, tracking, purchase requests preparation, acceptances from Customers and towards Subcontractors, etc.
- Forecasting and tracking of equipment delivery from factory to sites, prioritizing internal and external resources allocation
- Support Finance Team with correct and timely updates regarding revenue recognition
- Manage all installation issues on the project
- Provide routine reporting as required by Ceragon procedures
- Provide ad-hoc reports as required
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in the reporting systems including “InSide”
Job Requirements
What are we looking for :
Higher technical education, Master / Bachelor of EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Technical Management, with specific experience in telecommunicationsPMP® and / or other Project Management Certification\Strong process orientation, ability to manage time and resources effectively, meet deadlines and execute on strategic objectivesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate both internally within Ceragon and externally with CustomersFluency in English written and spoken.
