Job Description
We are looking for a committed colleague, passionate about technology and eager to be part of a dynamic international team. You will work both on our SAAS solution and directly on customer systems (WMS / GLS), in close collaboration with the teams in France. This is a key role in maintaining and developing our top-notch logistics solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience with WMS, GLS, sqlEditor, IV2, CQ
- Good knowledge of software development and maintenance
- Advanced level of French (mandatory)
- Good level of English (mandatory)
- Analytical thinking, synthesis capacity
- Team spirit, responsibility, adaptability
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment
- Availability for shift work (after the probationary period)
Requirements
Providing technical support (all levels) and incident analysis in productionDeveloping small functionalities (1-5 days) and bug fixes for WMS and GLSTicket analysis, case reproduction, reading logs / debugsActive communication with external teams and involvement in international projectsTesting, QA and full validation before deliveryAdditional Information
