In CPX - PMO MED Region (Customer Project Execution - Project Management Office) we support all the process, transactional and analytics activities to CPX organization to meet the main KPIs (Revenue, CM and Cash) and purposes.

Responsibilities

The scope will cover Eastern Europe (currently including projects in Romania and Ukraine), supporting the PMO Performance and project team responsible, with the main responsibilities of a Project Coordinator :

  • Maintenance billing plan and release the invoices, supporting in Cash-In Expectations (including variation orders)
  • Reporting the Project Cots status (Cost Expectations, Cost to Complete, and details of the actuals incurred)
  • Slides Steerco preparation : assuring proper accuracy in the information
  • Precalculus budget explanation and follow the changes in Latest Estimates
  • POC report, based on the cost progress of the projects
  • Support any area of improvement in PMO : Procurement, NCRs, Claim or Documentation
  • Close projects in the system

Qualifications

  • Business Administration or Engineering degree
  • 1-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience with SAP
  • Basic experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective verbal and written English communication
  • Competencies

  • Being skilled at drawing insights from data can be beneficial
  • Well organized
  • SAP processes knowledge
