A snapshot of your day

You will be involved in financial activities for Grid Technology central functions.As a member of our controlling team, you will partner with department heads / cost center responsibility to ensure financial visibility (costs, FCF, headcount, etc.) and align FC and Budget. You will also help manage costs efficiently and continuously improve processes and tools.

How you'll make an impact

  • You will assume responsibility for controlling dedicated GT cost centers globally, including performing deviation analyses, clarifying with stakeholders in headquarters and regions, and aligning forecast changes with functional heads.
  • Act as the business partner for departments in your scope of responsibility concerning all financial budget and forecast processes.
  • Ensure efficient processes and accurate accounting within your scope of responsibility, adhering to corresponding policies along with partners in central functions and execution units (, handling service agreements and contributing to P2P processing).
  • Manage special controlling tasks such as capital investment controlling and headcount controlling.
  • You will actively drive harmonization, standardization, and automation of processes and tools.
  • You will participate in digitalization projects, shaping the future of cost center controlling in the company

What you bring

  • More than 3 years’ experience in controlling, industrial environment and project execution
  • Working experience in an intercultural environment is a must and have the ability to Analyse, Communication Skills, Results Orientation and Organizing & Quality Orientation.
  • Fluent English skills, German skills are preferred
  • Professional Knowledge required : Financial Business Planning & Controlling (Business Area), Controlling Policies / Procedures, Accounting Policies / Procedures,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP; familiarity with BI and analytic tools (, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, SAC) is a plus
  • You are open to changes, solution oriented and you are looking for simplification and active communication. You enjoy working in a team, but also contribute individually
