L1 IT Engineer- Tires

Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently;
• Managing and maintaining computer systems and software applications to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures, including antivirus updates, system patches, and user access controls to protect against cybersecurity threats;
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all technical issues, solutions, and system configurations. Document standard operating procedures and technical guides for reference;
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating more complex issues to higher-level IT staff or external support when necessary;
• Inventory Management : Monitor and manage IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals. Ensure proper tracking and allocation of IT assets;
• Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on software applications, hardware usage, and IT policies to enhance their technical proficiency;
• Work closely with the IT team to implement technology solutions, resolve technical issues, and support the plant’s production activities.
